Spammers are getting smarter each day.
A few tips to keep spam to a minimum.
- Ensure you have Spam Blocking enabled within your control panel.
- We do enable by default but if you have turned it off kindly turn it on to ensure your protection.
Changes we have made.
We have increased the setting and made adjustments to rules regarding the following:
- Higher spam rating for emails where phrases similar to:
- "Pay with BTC" or "Pay with Bitcoin"
- You have been hacked
- We have recorded you
- I have recorded you
- I have a message for you
We have also increased the blocking of emails with incorrect PTR records to a higher amount to block most spam.
The following adjustments should block more spam for most customers.
If you require custom settings please ensure you lower the setting to a lower amount but we do recommend to kindly NOT to turn it off entirely.
