Every year, we review and adjust our prices to balance increases with our ongoing commitment to investment. This ensures we continue to provide the high level of support and infrastructure reliability you expect from us.
However, due to various factors beyond our control, we must implement a price increase for certain products. We've experienced significant price hikes from some of our suppliers.
To mention a few, In January 2024 cPanel and Plesk had price increases and ZA Domain Name Authority (Zadna) has informed all web hosting providers of a price increase aswell.
Additionally, since we pay many of our suppliers in US dollars, the weak performance of the Rand has exacerbated the issue.
The price increase is effective immediately for new products and will be applied to existing products starting on August 15, 2024 including the metric billing system.
