This is a formal notification of an internal change within Hostking.

Hostking has made an internal shift to work remotely from the 28.05.2022. Employee well-being is a priority to us as an established company and they are considered as the back bone.

We have availed the option to work remotely during the lock down period and we have been monitoring closely as to how beneficial it would work in our employees’ favour. In terms of productivity, we have noticed that there is drastic improvement.

As a further extension to the matter, we have opted for our service operations to run from as follows:

Chats: 07:00 am till 00:00 am.
Calls: 07:00 am till 17:00 pm.

We have noticed that the influx of queries occurred during those hours stipulated above and we’d like to accommodate majority of the queries during that time period. While the results have demonstrated that productivity improved, in turn this would mean that our turnaround time in terms of answering queries will be much quicker and efficient.

We are placing an amount of focus on productivity and well-being in the same breadth and that our efforts will reflect further positive results
